  • Fence Installer

    Fence Installation Laborer responsibilities include installing fence per specific job requirements, performing daily job requirements as assigned, operating necessary equipment as required, securing proper loading of necessary equipment and materials for the day’s job assignment and upon completion of the workday and inspecting and testing for safe equipment operation daily. Prefer at least one year of experience in commercial or residential fence installation, a High School Education or GED, and working knowledge of safety procedures and protocols. Bilingual in Spanish and English helpful.

    Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be able to stand, bend or lift for at least eight hours.

    The ability to gain access to Government work sites is preferred but not required. Preference given to U.S. citizens due to multiple contracts requiring U.S. citizenship job access.

  • Shop Laborer

    Shop Laborer responsibilities include preparing fence products for upcoming jobs including notching/cutting/bending pipe, using simple machinery and hand tools, safely operating a forklift (certification a plus but not required), rotating yard stock and moving materials as needed while maintaining yard inventory so stock is stored properly to eliminate damaged materials, maintaining product stock in the warehouse and assisting in inventory counts, performing minor repair and maintenance on equipment/tools, receiving and inspecting material, unloading trucks, and transporting to designated locations.

    Prefer at least one year of experience in commercial or residential fence installation, a High School Education or GED, and working knowledge of safety procedures and protocols. Bilingual in Spanish and English helpful.

  • Sales Estimator

    Core Job Functions include maintaining and growing existing client relationships while building a network to develop new business; reviewing, comprehending and quantifying plans, specifications, addendums, and RFI responses; communicating with contractors to clarify scope & schedule; submitting RFQ’s to vendors and subcontractors and confirming compliance with plans and specifications; preparing comprehensive cost estimates and written technical proposals; presenting estimated budget, plans, details, specifications, vendor quotes and written technical proposal to Hercules Management prior to submission, preparing hand-off bid documents and correspondence to the Project Manager assigned; and supporting contract negotiation efforts and remaining involved with the project until all internal and external questions are answered.

    Key Project Management Skills include working well individually and with a team, being detail oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be self-motivated

    A college degree is desirable but not necessary. Experience within the fencing and/or perimeter security industry preferred but not required. One to three years of varied construction industries is preferred.

    Must be located within the United States, be able to commute daily to the office and job sites as required, pass necessary background verification checks to gain access to Government worksites, and possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Project Manager

    Core Job Functions include participating in project hand off meetings; negotiating contracts, preparing sub tier subcontracts as required; compiling necessary information and supporting internal project set up; creating and maintaining well organized project logs such as submittals, RFI’s, change orders, material, equipment, labor, and punch lists; ordering and coordinating delivery of material; preparing and presenting project work orders to Production to include specs, drawings, detail inclusions, exclusions, schedules and budgets; communicating with production and meeting with crews on-site as required; maintaining Work in Progress (WIP) Reports; performing ongoing budget review; pro viding post-project analysis; and handling close-out documents (warranty, preventative maintenance, commissioning, service, operation and maintenance manuals, and as-builts).

    Key Project Management Skills include working well with customers bringing a positive attitude, organizational skills, and concern for each project ensuring the client remains the top priority, prioritizing and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintaining and tracking commitments, and actively managing projects and displaying a highly responsive character.

    A college degree is desirable but not necessary. Experience within the fencing and/or perimeter security industry preferred but not required. Three to five years of proven project management experience is required.

    Must be located within the United States, Be able to commute daily to the office and job sites as required, pass necessary background verification checks to gain access to Government worksites, and possess a valid driver’s license.
