Hercules proudly secured the state-of-the-art campus at Emergent Biomedical Solutions in Baltimore, Maryland, delivering a comprehensive and robust perimeter security system. The project included the installation of 1,700 linear feet of K8 crash-rated cable fencing, seamlessly integrated with 1,000 feet of matching 8′ high non-rated ornamental fencing.
To enhance access control, Hercules Custom Iron fabricated and powder-coated three aluminum canopies, each featuring pedestrian turnstiles and fixed K12 protective bollards. The project also incorporated two 20-foot-wide M50/P1-rated automated slide gates, ensuring secure entry and exit points.
Hercules was responsible for all aspects of the access control systems, including custom cabling, integration, and connections, delivering a fully integrated and secure solution. This project was recognized with an Excellence in Construction award from the Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC), a testament to Hercules’ commitment to quality and innovation in security solutions.
